ROSACEA

Rosacea develops as a result of a disorder of the peripheral blood circulation of the face and local inflammatory reactions. It is represented by a face reddening, expanded capillaries, small rash, slight itching and/or burning. Apart from the face, the neck and chest can also be affected.

Rosacea treatment must be very precise and under a doctor’s supervision. General and local treatment is applied. General treatment is prescribed by a dermatologist depending on the patient’s condition. Local treatment aims at removing the facial reddening and the expanded capillaries.
