MANIPULATIONS WITH LASER ER:YAG 2940nm

Harmony Pixel 2940 nm Er YAG is a fractional ablative laser that achieves results comparable to those of ablative lasers but without the side effects (hypopigmentations or hyperpigmentations, postsurgical infection, swelling) that may be present after an ablative laser treatment. Harmony Pixel 2940 may be used on places as the face, neck, chest, arms and wrists for treating photo-damaged and ageing skin. The laser peeling treatment with Pixel 2940 improves the texture and color of the skin, smoothes wrinkles and removes brown spots. In other words, this procedure removes the factors which add years to your appearance in order to rejuvenate you. The fractional ablative Pixel 2940 nm may be used for smoothing scars as well.

Harmony Pixel 2940 is the first laser of its kind that does all of the above with no subsequent long convalescent period and no need of anesthesia. How does it work?

The laser impulses create small ablative areas removing the epidermis and the upper derma. The therapy triggers the natural healing procedures of the body by stimulating the creation of new tissue. Small areas of the skin are treated during the manipulation whereas the surrounding tissue remains untouched. This healthy tissue enables more effective and faster healing of tissues and also allows faster synthesis of collagen.
